Education Committee

The Mozley Park Education Committee, founded in 2020, is part of the Mozley Park Neighborhood Association (MPNA).  The mission of the Neighborhood Association is to increase community engagement and well-being.  Strong schools and lifelong learning opportunities strengthen our community. This committee supports local schools, advocates for quality education, and connects neighbors with valuable learning resources. Whether it's partnering with schools, organizing mentorship or tutoring programs, or hosting workshops for homeowners on property taxes and homeownership rights, we strive to ensure that Mozley Park remains a place where knowledge and growth are prioritized for all ages.The mission of the Education Committee is twofold : 1) Facilitate communication and collaboration between parents and the neighborhood schools, particularly FL Stanton Elementary, and  2) Promote the optimal development of Mozley Park children using creative approaches to address learning gaps and provide academic enrichment.
